1. Services
SkillsAllUp provides micro-skill improvement sessions. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Clients may reschedule a session up to 48 hours in advance. If cancelled later, the session fee is non-refundable due to reserved instructor time.
2. Info Products
SkillsAllUp offers digital courses and guides. Access is granted upon payment. If you have not downloaded or accessed the product within 14 days, you may request a refund. Digital materials are delivered instantly; hence, undelivered orders are eligible for refund. After access, no refund is available.
3. Goods
SkillsAllUp sells physical training materials. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days. Clients are responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Services
Service fee refunds are processed using the original payment method. Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the session. Late cancellations are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled once at no extra charge.
Info Products
To request a refund for digital products, submit a request within 14 days of purchase. If eligibility is confirmed, the charge will be reversed within 10 business days. No refunds after product access.
Goods
Physical goods returned in good condition within 30 days qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable.
5. Changes to Terms
SkillsAllUp may update these terms. We will post changes on the site with a new Effective Date.
6. Limitation of Liability
SkillsAllUp is not responsible for outcomes beyond the scope of provided services.
